Habitaciones y baño limpias. Solo tiene un elevador para ambos lados y eso hace dificultoso con las maletas ir hacia el otro lado. Restaurante limpio pero la comida le falta calidad. Excelente ubicación están las farmacias cercas y una tienda de conveniencia. EL ruido de la locomotora no nos afecto, nos explicaron el por que. Tiene estacionamiento.
Las habitaciones estan muy limpias, es una buena opción para hospedarse en apizaco

Es un lugar de ambiente familiar, seguro, las habitaciones limpias ordenadas, servicio de calidad y afable y amable. La comida así como el buffet de en la mañana son muy ricos, sustanciosos y de muy buena calidad, altamente recomendable y más el café de la mañana.
Es un hotel bastante funcional, en lo personal muy agradable. Tiene algunos inconvenientes: 1. Está ubicado en un lugar con mucho flujo de vehículos, lo cual mantiene algo de ruido todo el tiempo, a mi parecer, nada muy grave, pero es importante mencionarlo. 2. Ya le hace falta actualizar cobijas y colchones, no digo que sean completamente malos o que no sirvan, pero creo que ya debería renovar. Ahora voy a destacar lo bueno: 1. Su ubicación céntrica, que te permite acercarte a muchos lugares con solo caminar un par de minutos, por poner algunos ejemplos puedes ir caminando a la catedral o a la antigua estación de trenes, la cual por cierto, ha sido renovada y utilizada como un pequeño centro comercial que alberga cine, lugares de comida y oficinas de gobierno. 2. El personal es muy amable, siempre están con la mejor actitud y dispuestos a ayudarte en todo lo posible. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 3. El restaurante cuenta con lo necesario para complementar tu estancia con desayuno, comida, cena o alguna bebida. 4. La facturación en el Hotel y Restaurante es un proceso rápido y sencillo, nada de problema.
